Authenticating issue

Hello, trying to get our Avov box working for the first time. Have entered our wifi password and it just freezes at "Authenticating". Does not give an error, but doesn't connect either. It just hangs on "Authenticating". Any suggestions? Password is all numbers, so not a case sensitive issue. Thank you!

do a factory reset on the avov put a internet cable to the box so package install
