Is it possible to add a new application

Presently I have the live TV from NFPS to watch regular live TV. At the same time, I use the Dream TV link to watch Arabic programming, but it is not stable. There are good free Arabic live TV packages available for XBMC. Is it possible to load them on the AVOV Vixo 1?
