Inactive 72 times

Hi im in need of help, since becoming a member I've been inactive 72 times. my donation number has been changed about 5 times. i have a mag 254 box. i previously had 2 boxes but due to such bad service i only have 1 box now. ill like to continue with the service but not at this rate. yesterday it was fixed today its inactive again.

are you using some kinda VPN or other IP hide program ?

seems that your IP or ISP might be the issue.
Have you had to reset the IPTV at the server website often ?

hi my son said we have our own dedicated VPN using a dedicated IP and its not shared with anyone else

if it quits working and then starts again by itself and has happened 72 times, that is not the server doing that.

Did you buy from a reseller or straight from the source ?

oh no, when i put in the donation # it says "error" when i check the website it also confirm I'm inactive i then have to email the guys who then fix the problem either by resetting or changing the donation #

see again, the server administration would not be doing that.
