I have dreamlink box where someone put their user id in. How to get rid of it on the box. Won't let me connect to box.

Goto the settings it's beside the live app once in there push the green button on the remote and enter your info where the person did you got it from then once you did that go to the Web site you ordered your number from and click on check donation link and enter your info there right under the screen that pops up you will see link mac address input your mac address there
