Is there any way to get iheart on the android box either through Kodi or APK.

SeperRepo has it or had it at one time.
If not there then search using the developers name...

I think that's the one I tried and it didn't work for me.

search that developers name, along with app name.
Maybe find out if the app is still being updated, or dead in the water :)
