New T1 user need help

I have a brand new T1 when I go into my apps I see DOL online but when I open it it says " It does not work in the current firmware" firmware update is required?

I am trying to set up Rocket.

the t1 server is offline right now Hopefully back in a few hours

OK thank you so much was thinking BOX was messed up I just opened it figures my luck.

when the server is online you will go through a couple of updates before you get to dreamonline
