Channels all black?

All the channels on my MAG 275 are black...it boots up fine but that's it. I have reset several time and used the code on my MAG 254 without any issues.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or is by box toast?

Thanks! what you have done is switched the box from ntsc to pal.......pal is for other countries like Brazil not here.....switch back to ntsc and store and exit and you will be good to go again.....lots of peeps make this mistake....cheers

It's set to NTSC 480i and it was working perfectly and then this started happening. I have reset many times and then entered in the URL and I still get the guide with no picture???

There are NO HD channels on on sy....apart from FTA.........as you say you have a combo box .....Look at the cable side if you want HD channelsHope this helps
