I have entered the info 4 times. entered url and route number when I click OK everything clears out. cannot save it. Could someone help me with this please?

Did you update the box to 2.4.4

yes the box was fully updated. I went to second spot to enter the info did not work either. Finally I tried to enter the info on third spot and it got accepted. Now it is working fine. Thank you county for your help.
