picture in picture

i thought i saw it before long time ago

how do you turn off the picture in picture when your going over the channels

i find it slows it down when you go threw the channels now..

go to Setting then Portal and the second line ' Play in preview only by OK' click and to have a check mark , then exit to save

check off preview by ok only....or enter channel # directly using keypad...
