sorry just got my new T1 set up was fine with DoL and rocket but only worked for like 5 min then lost picture now when I try and go back into live tv

it keeps asking me to login where my user and password are already in there , I hit ok but nothing, it keeps going back to login

is it my end or is rocket down right now?

just came back so I guess that's normal when rocket goes down

i know on some boxes if you let them sit on one channel for long time it will lock nothing wrong with box
