Message on box

After entering the Url address for my service and request connection I get message on box "Please check your internet connection and service URL" and it does not load channels, I go to settings and box has internet connection, what could it be that does not establish a connection with the server? The URL is correct

any help would be appreciated

make sure everything is inputted correct and your password and username match and sometimes you have to turn it off and back on again and try to connect again

What follows http:// in the Edit Service. When trying to enter either 11.iptv.privateserver.tv or iks66.tv the http:// lights up in red.
