Can anyone help?

I purchased 5 tvonline4 units and all are stuck on 1.07 update. Audio is bad some channels it is low and some are so loud . I dont see 4k option in settings either. I dont know why i bought these should have went for the fuse.
Please help where can i find the update?

what are you talking about it 1.0.7 first thing on box setup internet now did the package installer start if not thats your problem i luv my 4k boxes many of my friends have them too im so sick of hearing about this box that this and that learn how use it first dang 4k is best on this boxk look in display to setup for 4k if not then package installer was not loaded you have on heck of fine box i run mine on 75 inch samsung 4k tv its fast as heck run bluetooth from it and i rock the house i say avov fault to not show you how to use it but is so dang ez but i been running them from start had vent this is one great box and i run many

What is your problem being rude all the time? I plug mine in and installer starts loads the tv online4 , nova, package installer, i just dont get any update. Audio is annoying some channels audio is so low so i have to adjust the volume all the way high and then when i change to a different channel volume is really loud i have to adjust it down. So is that my problem i dont know how to use it??

Oh i c . I read some people have 1.09 maybe i mixed up with online+.
