Back up & Reset

I have an CS918, if I go to settings and back up an reset will I loose all my apps or will it just clean up my box & leave the apps alone?

you will lose your settings and apps with a reset, that is why you back them up first...

so if I click on back up my
data and automatic restore I will not loose anything-just clean up?
