Screen Resoluation Resets

Hi All,

I did a search on the forum and couldn't find anything active relating to this (apologies if i missed it)

Everything is running pretty well thus far except for one thing that is more of an annoyance than anything.

Every time i switch to another input with a device connected then switch back to the TVO4 i always have to go back into settings to switch it back to 4K or 1080p as it defaults back to 720p for some reason.

This started to happen maybe around the last update or or the one prior. I figured I would wait and a fix would come....but maybe they don't know about it.

This has nothing to do with my cables / i've done a factory reset / not an issue with my tv or input as I've tested everything and other devices are fine.

Is anyone else having this issue?

@asft could you let the AVOV team know?

Otherwise, everything else is working fine and am excited for future feature improvements :D

ok will tell them they will check it out but do 4k movies still work or need to reset again ? and look in sticky's you can talk to avov too and here

Once i have gone and changed the settings everything is fine 4K / 1080p whichever resolution is selected.

This issue only happens when i turn on the TV or if I switch to another input to access another device and then switch back to the TVO4
