System update issue

Clicking on system update and nothing happens. Is there a way around or to fix this ? Thanks

Should not a screen pop up saying no update available? Nothing at all happens when system updates is clicked on

Not all the time. Mine used(for about 2 wks) to when i first got it and then would never pull it up. On my online plus box it does it every time. If there is no update it states so. Not only sometimes. The 4 boxes seem super fragile compared to the plus box. The 4K's have issues beyond sound and sync IMO.

if you turn off the box and back on it will update by itself when needed only thing thats real bad is sound thing which will be fix very soon for tvonline the rest for kodi is fine the day will come when nova is done i cant wait for that will be great to have

When i turn mine off from the back to avoid that loudness i put it on another input for a minute or two, my self i am more interested in when they are going to fix the intermittent shutting down,i put in a bug report they sent me an email telling me i had found a bug and would address it.that was three weeks ago,i sent a want info ticket but got no response from them. i really would like to talk to a tech but doesn't look like that will happen any time soon. So I rely on the info given in here by the Moderators.
