is there any way when using epg ninja updater that we can have it populate the client stalker in portal 2 or 3?

Whatever portal is active upon startup, will be the one. You can make portal3 active but you have to restart kodi to get the updater to restart. (TV re-enable I dont think will trigger the updater).
(First page of pvr settings has the portal selection)

you can jsut set the epg url in pvr.stalker to nfps.**********
