View Full Version : Avov TvOnline 4 PSU Replacement

Hello,

It has been brought to our attention that some TVonline 4 units have a power supply issue. This is where a small buzzing noise is heard from the power supply unit when it is plugged into the wall power outlet.

We have investigated this slight issue and have already resolved it. We have already gone ahead and got the replacement power supply units into production. This means any user who has experienced this defect will be sent out replacement power supply unit’s with no additional cost’s to the customer (including shipping).

Please do take into consideration that it was only a small percentage of customers who were affected and does not affect your hardware at all. We request if you are affected, please fill out the form below and we will ship the replacement power supply units immediately in the fastest method possible.

No noise from mine but it's great to see the A-teams on it and has replacement parts available. Great job guys.

Just got my avov tv online last week and PSU is just screaming. Filled out the forms and have had no response from avov

I filled it 13 days ago, a couple of hours after it was first announced. Made 100% sure everything was accurate. and still nothing... so much for

Well stuff coming from China takes a month to receive passing customs and all that. Yes it has been 3 weeks or so for me but I knew that it wasn't coming anytime soon

here is what an agent told me when i went to ask on their online chat service.


we have new psu coming in next wed, after that we will start to ship out

Just called them. They said to stop by there office to get it. But ye they said they did lose all there info. So either wait for the form to show up or start a ticket whatever floats your boat

Frustrating isn't it. I'm just dangling waiting for some good news from Avov like the rest of us. Just happy my plus box is is working great. Hope they don't update it and screw it up like the 4K boxes.

no im not down just usa channels no sound and that should be a ez fix if they get too it which they said they would giving them time but hope soon im still a avov guy and luv the boxes
