I added a favorite but I hit wrong button and it is asking for a password now... how do I remove password.. thx

highlight the channel you accidentally locked, and when the password box pops up enter "0000" and the channel should come in. Then hit the yellow button to unlock the channel. It will again ask for the password which is "0000" (unless you changed it in parental control). After you enter the password the lock will go away.
