New Vixo Fuse problem

Hello all,

I have a Avov Vixo Fuse where nothing works. Only KODI works. MickyHop will not connect to get any Apps and TV online will not let you go to server settings or anything. Anyone have a fix for this other than a Sledge Hammer or Sending it back. I have recently updated it to 1.011 but its still the same result.

I did a factory reset several times. It just doesn't work.

do factory reset plug in your Ethernet cable and when loading your info make sure the package installer loads if not you never get it to go
