I just got a new router and got my box hooked up and it keeps trying to update the package installer and freezing around 17% I have version 1.0.8 on my box what would cause this box to freeze?

is it hardwired or running thru WiFi ?

Check storage space if you are low it will not have enough room to download and un package.
