UTV TV box

Hello, has anyone heard of this tv box? I personally can't find much other than what it says on the product page. It should be able to stream TV programs and so on.

A expensive box (streaming box price rate $200-$250) from Korea that runs on a Quad Core Amlogic S805 1.4Ghz and highest video quality is 1080P with only 4GB, sounds like overly price and specs that could be better at better price for an android. My opinion!!
