C/P from FB:

Yes we know about the time issue. We use google server for the time setting across our devices. But for some reason some area are not connecting to pull the time/having issues. We discuss to make our own time server which will eliminate this problem. It takes roughly 2 weeks. Please we hope you can understand as we will fix this issue across all devices! Thank you all

TVonline+ it does not matter the TV typ LED, LCD, DLP or manufacture the screen shifts to left when you turn the box off via the remote or unplugging it. I have Ticket ID : 1654 for like a month now with no movement other then have I tried other TV's LOL seriously?

I have the same problem. I've also tried changing the settings on my tv like one member suggested in another thread. And still no good.

Be careful where you go with this.

I guess my question is why do they need a "time server"? Just program an independent internal clock in the boxes. We can then simply set the time to our respective local times. No need to depend on a server out there that may disappear some day. The clock on my wall doesn't need a "time server". I set the time and it just keeps on ticking all on its own.

Check internet, try using hard line instead of wifi, check timezone!!

I've found that turning the box on & then waiting a few minutes before watching it seems to fix the date & time issue on my box;though some days it can take a bit before it corrects itself.

I don't know if your box is set up with a time zone, auto set or manual set. If its been set up with the wrong time zone, it will reset to the wrong time. You may want to check and double check all time related settings as Mountain time and Pacific Time can be a bit confusing as I definitely have mountains here and I look at the Pacific Ocean every day.

Time zone correct but no option for daylight saving.

Update: a auto update and time is correct.
