View Full Version : TV ONLINE + keeps freezing

Hi
I have Tv online plus and it freezing every 10 seconds.. i have 20 mbps down internet and i have mag 254 which works just fine with no issues under same network..
is there anything should be done with my tv online box?? why is it keep freezing for every channel...help me with it please..

Almost zero freezing with my tvonline plus. Don't think it has anything to do with the box.

i tried to factory reset atleast 5 times still freezing..i think its a box..is there any firmware update of anything of late for tv online+ ?? i have 1.0.7 in system info...
i have notice even VOD also freeze too on both wiressless and hard wired...i have re boot my modem to like 3 times still no go with avov..
is there something i m doing wrong with my box.. please help...

do a router reboot see if that helps no freeze

Same problem for 2 days. something must be going on.

unplug your modem and router and box for a few minutes then try. If its still doing that then put google dns in your router 8.8.8.8 under dns.

Okay I have my router settings up. Do I just add the 8.8.8.8 to the static dns 1 slot. Or do I have to add google and where?

for me i get more problems that way dont know why but i do but its worth a try anything to stop the freeze but for most part im good on all boxes

same problem here. constant freezing not sure if its the box or ISP now. if anyone has a solution please let me know.

unfortunately router reboot did not fix the issue.

After a few weeks of freezing, I found my AVOV+ doesn`t really like to work in wireless mode. I used my X-fta router (which has the google dns programed) and connected a wire to the AVOV+. The AVOV+ shows it is connected via cable on the home screen. The X-fta router is running wireless to my home router. I haven't seen a freeze since then.

mine is the opposite, works well over wireless but see freezing when connected.
