Avov Online v2 box stuck on start screen

Is there anything I can do? Box just stays stuck. Doesn't goto the home screen where there is Live TV, VOD, etc. Screen just says AVOV. Then I reconnected and box just stays with the red light

I'm having the same problem, did anyone find a fix?

Unplugged the power supply, pressed in the reset button and simultaneously re-inserted the power supply and held for approximately 15 seconds then release. A diagnostic screen then comes up and you select the factory reset option and then reboot box.

I have try to reset the box multiple times and nothing happens. I still get the same screen.
