internet speed ?

ok so I'm trying to figure out this plus box i installed the 3 movie channels from the store,
does my internet speed play a factor when trying to watch a movie?
i did a speed test says ping 22 download 44mbps an up 10.14mbps?

problems I'm having are movie loads quickly but plays badly continuous freezing tried pausing an waiting but that didn't help.

when i find a movie i want another screen pops up, ok thens theres like i dunno 6 or so titles to choose from does it matter which one i click on?

yea some you click are bad they run reel fast or freeze sometimes need to fined the right one you speed is fine

Your internet connection is sufficient. It"s the servers that you're connecting to which are either overloaded, or are too far away geographically to maintain a stable connection.
