I would like to thank Tinie for the explanation posted today in the Announcements area! As a user of the service and someone who has some decent technical knowledge. The frustration customers have expressed due to the down time the past few days could have been largely been avoided with an announcement like the one posted today. In tye future, please consider doing the same as it gives us all a little peace of mind. Shit happens, and we all know it, but sometimes a simple explanation goes a long way. Thank you for taking the time to post and for offering up the best explanation you can! [=
