Go to your router settings.
Click on your Network.
Look for your DHCP server settings.
For secondary DNS server place 8.8.8.8 in there and click to save.
Exit your router settings.
Unplug your box from power.
Unplug your modem and router.
Plug all back in.
Plug your box back in
Go to server and see if it works for you.
Worked for my Mag 254 and Avov boxes.

and what do you put on Primary DNS Server? leave blank?

Is this where we can put 8.8.8.8 for second DNS server?
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Local Area Network Connection\Proberties\Internet Protocol Version 4\
