This is my experience. A couple of hours ago I plugged my Avov TvOnline+ (after being unplugged for an hour) and all TV channels came back. Recently I power off and re powered and all my channels were down and just spinning again.... I then selected (out of the blue) channel 208 to watch it spin and decided to reboot my router while the channel spun.... it came BACK after 90 seconds. I repeated this another time and channels were loading and spinning again (down)....I switched to Ethernet while the channel loaded and kept spinning, the channels came back after 90 seconds. I know it is NOT my ISP nor my router. Worth a try! I have manually had it up and down 3 times in the last 30 minutes. All channels working great.
