Select Install from zip file
Navigate to where you downloaded the zip in the first step and select repository.eracknaphobia.zip
Wait for Add-on enabled notification
Select Install from repository or Get Add-Ons on Helix
Select eracknaphobia's Repo
Select Video Add-Ons

Select Install
Wait for Add-on enabled notification
