Sub emulator with 66. Iptv

My question is I can't enter user name and password for authentication of 66 iptv , I tried apps on phone for keyboard and nothing works. Please help.

I used the fire remote and pressed the up and down button until it highlighted the areas, then proceeded with the mouse emulator on my iPhone.
