I have noticed the stickie of need a username , and today 2-2 when I try to watch TV it is showed can't load. So I read the stickie:

I download newest 20160131 version of Stalker-Client-NFPS

I found out only order directly from them can going in because I don't have order number. I order the IKS then and they said it is hornored till the end of the contract. all I need is to get to refresh a new MAC address. How can I do it . I could use my username to go to a page refresh it before.

and then I just tried to set the TV PVR enable. I got two fail messages: first "Anthentication failed, retrying." then " device conflict- device id mismatch" . what is this, please help.

How come no one will like to help ? I need a way to get a new MAC address. I think the error I got related to it.

any help please? I order through ioffer.com not directly through NFPS. I don't have order number. But I can find a page before that I can reset my MAC.

what is it you need? your order number?

if you order from reseller, you have to back to your reseller to get your order number

contact the ioffer seller and ask him for the order number that is connected to your donation.......good luck
