help putting in login and passord

i am having problem putting in the Login and Password when i enter the numbers in the login section i cannot go down to the password what must i do.

Use the mouse pointer function to select that area

mouse lick then select the DOWN option

Click Exit for the keyboard to disappear then go down to password and click ok for the keyboard to pop back up again.

I did but it seems mod's are responding to everyone elses but mine, and I was only asking a question in case this person also gets the same issue

Why should I care if you believe me or not, seriously your attitude is disgusting for a mod, My question was valid, I had the same issue as this guy and his post helped but then it potentially links to another issue others will get, what's the point in having several topics about issues that are linked together. People might come in here because they see the title and have that issue, then they may get the issue i'm getting so will also hopefully see the answer. It's not hi-jacking it's a follow on issue. Last thing people need is mod's with attitude when all they are asking for is a little help I would understand if what I was asking was in no way linked to this issue but it very much is
