Unable to Set up TV mode for IPTV

Hi everyone,

Ok, so I've been trying to enable IPTV for my Kodi (i have an INL3D android box) and when I was following instructions to enable TV, i ran into a road block...

After going to Settings>Addons, i dont see the options Disabled/Enabled Addons tabs. I only have these options:

My add-ons
Available updates
Install from repository
Install from zip file
Search
System

I tried to search but cannot find the IPTV PVR Simple Addon.

Can someone help?? Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to figure out what step I missed. Still unsure. I'm really sorry for this newbie question but it's driving me nuts. So what step did i miss?

the live tv section is in system/then you will see a tv or a live tv tab the enable/disable pvr is in there

Thanks for all your input. But the problem is i don't have a "Live TV" tab.... also, when i go to System>TV and Enable, it pops up a screen saying "You need a tuner, backend software and add-on for the backend to be able to use PVR". Remember, I'm using an Android box. Does that have anything to do with it?

Have you set Pvr Stalker with a code for it to afthenticate
That's when you get the live tv in main page to pop up
Need to read a lot more

Update kodi to newest 16 rc2
