mag254 outter portal issue

ok i have a mag254 i think i my have messed it up i thought my 6yr old had did something to it
so i did a factory reset as posted om informir and it rebooted with wrong image i tried everything i have read on this issue so i
loaded the mag254 0.2.18-r9/ and updated it rebooted
now system set up went to server then general set thr ntp server saved then went to portal
portal 1 name set that with nfps hit ok says successfully saved screen quick flashes and the portal 1 name is empty
im outta ideas ive triedfor 2 days to get to save but as soon as it saves its like it deletes itself some how any help would be greatly appreciated my daughters gonna
be mad as this is her tv shw loves the vod movies

I see you have 0.2.18-r9-254. there is a newer update. 0.2.18-r10-254. if you need help to update it let me know.
