installed stb emulator but no sound?

Alright guys installed everything right last night but mostly American channels have no sound? Most other European and other channels have sound ? I'm clueless can anyone help me.

Delete and reload it sometimes that will solve the problem! Good luck!

I just noticed the word probation under my user name ! Why am I on Probation ?
