Hi Everyone:
I have a HTPC with AMD E350 and ATI 6310 video card. I installed OpenElec 6.0 (kodi 15.2) . I have IPTV IKS Rocket membership and When I try to play any video (like HBO, Sports channels) the video stutters , its like jumping up & down. Very annoying.. I only noticed it with US based channels. UK are mostly ok
I tried PVR Stalker Client and Stalker Addon and same result..
Any idea or help will be appreciated
