Box blocked

can you please help i keep on getting this error message ( your box is blocked by the server please contact your server provider ) i checked my donation its active and yes.. thank you

go into your system settings and into updates and check if an update is available.

When you depress a button on the remote, give it a sec cause at times in that update option it may take a second or two to react.

i did that and there is no updates the box is up to date thanks for your reply and your help .

my donation is good and the url is correct i checked it over and over i can not figure out whats wrong but i am going to keep on trying thanks

did you use the right mac address from fuse i think you missed something

do this turn off router for few mins then when all green turn your box on see if that helps

try this where you loaded the url under use credentials click it and load user name and pass word try that and you know that url is for nfps server just asking

i have been getting this message last couple days with fuse ,i just cancel and it connects after i do this.

Go to the donation checker site enter the donation number the box is using remove the mac address so the donation has no mac address now go back to the donation checker site and re-enter the mac address of the box and that should fix the problem.

when you get this message just hit cancel or ok ,now go to mickyhop and live or what ever you want and it should work ,mine has been doing this for last 3-4 days.

did you try the mac address to your donation as in putting your mac address to your active donation and that way it will be connected or married to donation?or receiver ?

I put my Donation number where it says password when connecting to server, i left user name blank. That worked for me an no connection problem since.

Hey I am having the same problem.

After receiving my new fuse last week, I set up my server as I have with my other AVOV products.

Unfortunately, I then did the up-date and found the format had changed.

In the new format, I had the four options, I went to TV online entered my server #s and tried to connect and I got the message "Your Box is Blocked by server".

Since then, I have found out that there is two entrances to tv on-line. If I go to mickey hop and then to "my apps" I have no problem with entering tv-on-line.

But if, in the new format, I try to enter from the cover page on forth the option (tv on line) I get the above message.

Your Help would be appreciate,

hey were you ever able to get your mag box up and running? I'm asking because the same thing happened to my mag 254. after reading your message on what happened, I realized that the same thing is happening to me.

TVTRAPPER what did you say ? Sorry for the late Reply asft. What I did is that I only used my Donation Number in the Password section of Server Credentials for Online TV and My box works great. I never put in a name where it says name and password , only put in Donation Number Leave Name Blank and I have no Connection issues.

you will also need user name after Feb 1 or whenever it changes over..
