Update TVonline now its gone

Hi All
I updated TVonline when I got a prompt says a new version was available on now it is gone from my channels and I cannot find it in the channel store. Anyone knows what is going on ?

In afraid you may have to do a factory data reset and start over

Factory reset and re-input all info and I am back up with TV Online
