the update brought the current build to 1.0.7...it also mentioned optimizing 10 apps, thks, besides the new GUI

That's weird I did the update and it still says 1.0.4. When I click on Update it has 1.0.4.7

Lol, it didn't work the first time, why I have no idea so re did it again and it took. Layout is more like windows base. I really like it. Avov does some great things and they truly do support their boxes.

yeah, sometimes new updates do not push to all devices right away

I like the new look but I don't like the annoying sound that happens when pressing a button.
Cant turn it down either.
Doesn't make for a happy wife when shes sleeping.:eek:

After update is installed it shows in System Info as 1.0.8

Turned the FUSE on this afternoon. Last time it was on was last night.
First thing the FUSE did was start installing a Package Installer.
It must be a download for the box itself, because I had not started the TVOnline app yet.
Anyway, it progressed to 97% complete and froze there.
I left it just in case it proceeded, but it's been sitting there approx 10 minutes now.

Powering off while stuck in loading mode, always scares me :eek:

wanna set that Auto Update to Off once I get this working again, but I can't because I need to know if an Update is working or having issues.

Second time around the Installer worked.
It musta been for the TVOnline App thou, cause my FUSE system Build is still the same @ version 1.0.8

Where do you see the TVOnline app version in the FUSE ?
I don't see it any place.

I used to have it showing as 1.0.7_8
but that changed to 1.0.8 for me on the 8th of Dec.

Another OTA update., asft just informed me.
Shows in the System Info Update option page to be 1.0.7_8
After update is installed it shows in System Info as 1.0.8

So either I got it early back on the 8th and this update this afternoon was the same update... or I don't know :eek:

I connected up the fuse after about a week and got no update happen.
Then again, I do have the DVB S tuner connected still and not the acts tuner
