Genesis no stream

Last week or so Genesis movies seem to be non functioning,eg when I try to stream, lower rt of screen opens up and no stream available.TV programs seem to be Ok.Also have a problem with Showbox,audio way out of sync with video on movies and TV shows. Really don't know how to solve either problem. Have tried rebooting several times and with showbox tried re downloading newest ,and still same problem. need some expert advice...Thanks Steve2

update the addons or add super repo source...there are tons of youtube tutorials on how to use Kodi ...enjoy your searching
