setting up iptv problems

Hi, I just purchased a TVOnline+ and am having troubles setting up server settings.

I purchased a rocket and entered my server url as well as username and password. Won't connect.

After selecting connect, did you hold down the red button for a few seconds to connect to server.

did you check the authorization box??

Got it fixed now as im new to this. I didn't register my MAC Address.
