not all channels working

i have been having a blast with ny Gbox and finally decided tonight to go ahead and setup my mag254. first thing i noticed is that not all channels play on the 254 that play on the gbox. is anyone else having these same issues? i.e. all sky channels not working on mag254 but working very well on the gbox.

go into one of the settings, and turn off frame rate i think its called?
