mag 254 freezes solid

Hi my unit has frozen solid twice, and will not respond to the remote, when this happens , i have to get up and unplug ,and then plug back in ,and wait for reboot,anyone now of a better way to unfreeze it.

okay, I'll just read your mind...my suggestion is to change to auto DHCP w/manual dns and use the google dns of 8.8.8.8, also do this at your router..
