The possibility is that you dont have it configured correctly, or if you have already associated a device ID or serial number with your MAC address when using the Stalker Video Addon or PVR Client, in which case you'd have to link a new MAC address to your donation. Follow these instructions by apun (they're for v6.0.16 but would also apply to higher versions): http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?481-Android-IPTV-STB-Emulator&p=79273&viewfull=1#post79273

Btw after a new configuration you'd normally have to reload the portal a couple of times to get it to load.

First you need to go here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?5987-Where-to-buy-and-what-to-do-once-you-do-it-Look-here
Then go here and get the emulator http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?6546-NFPS-Official-Android-Emulator&p=85159&viewfull=1#post85159

set it up with your mac and serial number and you should be good

You may be getting error messages due to conflicting serial numbers. If you're already set up in Kodi you should disable whatever you have enabled (Live TV, Stalker Video Addon or Stalker PVR Client) & relink your donation to a fresh MAC & use that in your emulator configuration.

Thanks Eureka for your feedback. I disabled the live TV in kodi and then change the MAC address.
Once I changed the address I went to emulator and change the updated MAC address and reloaded the portal.
Everything is working as expected now.
Only thing for some reason its showing wrong timings and for many channels it's not even getting show guide.

Have you configured your localization settings (on bottom of main screen where you see Media Browser, Tv, Videoclub scroll to the right to Settings)? This should result in your guide displaying accurate timings. With regard to some channels not showing guide info well that's just one of those things that happens every so often if the info can't be retrieved from the source.

Yes I did update the localization setting but for some reason it looks like the source is pulling something from UK don't know why.

Sorry alps if that suggestion didn't work then I've absolutely no idea what else to suggest, but hopefully someone else can.
