Need help with the emulator

I need help.I purchased iks66 code and I bought a Android box mxv. Now I downloaded stb emulator on the box. O entered the server which is 66.iptv66.TV and I entered my Mac address. Now there is a message poping saying that I need to contact t the provider plz help

I think you need to make up a serial # also, if your running kodi on your box, and have it working there, you`ll need the same info in the STB, also trying a reboot
