IPTV not working

I have installed the latest version of Kodi tried setting up the rocket as per instruction
Changed MAC done everything does not seem to connect

You need to be more specific. What PVR or IPTV Stalker software are you using to connect (be specific as to version). Did you try to configure everything (i.e, serial, id's, signature)? When you say it doesn't work, be specific...what happens, what error message(s) are you receiving?
