was wondering in worse case if someone gets my dads Mac code and start using it or shares it without his permission. Would I need to change his Mac or would his acount get shut down

If you've fully configured security, no one can use it. The server will reject attempts to use the MAC without all the credentials (serial, id's, signature) being supplied. No one can guess all of that information.
