Internet Velocity for Kodi

What is the minimum recommended internet velocity needed to have an optimal Kodi service without too much freezing?

You'll be ok with 10M service, and probably will still be able to view most stuff with as low as 3M. Your internet speed is only one of the many factors that affects freezing and buffering.

That's more than enough. If you are on cable internet, you may have issues when neighbors are streaming as well in high demand times, but "your mileage will vary"
