Realese my mac address taking forever

I emailed iks66 10 times to realese my mac address on there server so i can purchase a donation its been almost 3 weeks with no response i also included an attached picture of my mag 254 box. Im very fustraited due to the horrible lack of customer support

How did they get your mac address? If from a old donation you need to open it in the check donation and change it to all 0's.

Then you will need to get with the seller and get him/her to unlink the mac address.
