in the mean time i would go ahead and set everything up with the MAC you ordered with.. i bet its active and working(seems to be the case with others too), your donation information will come eventually.

I had the same issue, when I checked my order status I received an error saying "order numbers start with 6820"

I would check the email you used when donating. Chances are you already received your routing info.

In post two they said enter your MAC address that you have received but I have still no MAC address. Can somebody tell me what to do because i am new here with this kind of stuff.

you have mac address its what box you use some you makeup others you need box mac

You must enter a mac address when making a donation. If you have a donation then just set up your box or what ever using for IPTV

How did you buy without imputing a mac address unless you just both iks. to get iptv with free iks you must enter email and mac address before you can make pament

I just checked again mac address is optional. I think that it should be change to mandatory cause it comes activated on payment unless you get more then 7 donations and newbies wouldn't have those problems

Is it possible you can check my email address the same what I used for this forum to sent the donation number to me. You can also try my gmail.com account. The name before the dot of the email account is the same as my apple account

Check your CC if payment was charge then email iks66 your CC info and your order number and they should be able to fix it for you

I have the same problem. I check my mac online and its say that is already in use. When I check my order details its say that order start wit 6020. I put the sever info to my AVOV and nothing is not connecting to the server. How long I have to wait to my service to work?.

My AVOV mac is the same that is register at iks66. Put http:// is not working.

he says when he checks the mac its already in use. do avov boxes have static mac adresses like a mag box? prefixed 00:1A:79? it looks like it. I think you need to take a picture of the box mac sticker and send it to support and hopefully they will wipe the mac, others here know much more than me on this unlucky annoying subject. ie. someone using your mag/avov's mac :/

Yeah AVOV has static Mac Address. My Avov my address is a regular mac address, I just posted like that here because I didn't want to show all the number. I found the problem. It was the server address. The server address is not the same one they sent to my email. I found the right server name. I was putting 66.iks66.tv and the right one is 66.iptv66.tv

Thanks everybody here for the help.

Now my service is working and I am happy. All the channels look good. Thanks..

I cant even find the thread on here that explained how and where to purchase the original subscription , so thats it ? just spent the last hour on this forum trying to find some contact details to try and resolve this , i am stuck , help please ?

Did you put your mac info with your order if you did just set up your boxes and i'm sure they will work. If you didn't just email them your order number and they will gladly help you

tx i appreciate the quick post , i did have a go at setting it all up after 4 days but was a nightmare ( i just found it all so confusing ) i am wanting to set up on ivue guide or maybe pvr simple client , whichever will give me a decent epg on kodi , i will have a look at this ninja clairvoyants thing , there is so many different options i am confused haha . oh , and i have no idea what the order number was. plus i thought i needed to input a donation code to set up the box ?

no offence big dady , i appreciate your trying to help , but the link you posted , every tutorial says input your donation number , i never received one. i tried the route thing whatever that is , inputted my mac number and the captcha it says allow us 24/48hrs if your CC has been charged and i cant see an email address for them :(

I am having the same issue as Louise reid, I purchase my subscription 2 days ago for both iks/iptv from the website, got charged right away...did the noob mistake not putting the mac address and I haven't seen any confirmation email....my code starts with 6821 not with 6820 had email them several times with not answer.....last year was subscribed to just Iks and got the codes within hrs of setting the order. i don't know what is going on?

3 Days after I set up my donation through the iks66 website and still haven't seen any confirmation with the info, did the noob mistake of not putting mac address when i set up order...it should be fix as it saids it's optional, been checking my email everyday since both spam and inbox and still zip nada, sent numerous emails no response, check the confirmation number on the site, starts with 6821, and it saids please allow 24 to 48hrs and to check if cc was charged, cc was charged and cleared payment within an hour of setting order....

I did the same thing. Very frustrating. If a MAC is required, don't make it optional! Waiting a week for your 1 month of service to start is unacceptable. After my month is done I will need to renew. Do I stay with 66 or try NFPS or other providers? I'm not exactly thrilled with the service so far. Even a response saying "we are overloaded and will get to you ASAP" would help. I have entered support tickets and have had no responses. Kind of feels like putting you question in a bottle and throwing it in the ocean.
